Why the inner weld bead ruins your product.
The inner weld bead is the metallic residue left inside the tube as a result of the ERW process. In standard tubing it can reach between 0.3 mm and 0.8 mm — uncontrolled and inconsistent between batches. When the axle rotates inside the tube, that bead acts as a physical obstacle and produces direct consequences on the finished product.
