What goes in determines what comes out
A processing workshop cannot correct deficient starting tubing: if the material varies in hardness between batches, the machining changes; if the diameter drifts, the tooling does not fit; if the surface has porosity, the chrome plating reveals it. The quality of the final part is limited by that of the source tubing.
Consistency is what industrialises the process
The processor automates: it machines, bends and punches in series. Tubing that behaves identically in every batch lets you set the machine parameters once and never touch them again. Tubing that varies forces readjustment, and every readjustment is time and scrap.
Visual demand does not forgive the source
In a part where appearance is an acceptance criterion —a visible component, a design piece, a premium fitting— any defect in the starting tubing surfaces after finishing. The as-supplied bright, non-porous surface is what makes the chrome, nickel plating or polishing come out perfect first time.

Why does my chrome plating bring out the imperfections in the tubing?
Because electroplating does not hide the defects of the starting material: it reveals them. A surface with porosity or rolling marks surfaces after the bath. The PREMIUM range is manufactured with a bright, non-porous outer surface, suitable for a direct finish with no prior polishing.
Does the tubing behave the same in every batch for my machining?

Do you control the bore and the outer diameter at the same time?

Do you manufacture decorative or textured profiles?
Yes. To EN 10305-5 we manufacture non-circular profiles and decorative finishes —barley-twist, knurled, screen printing— incorporated during manufacture, keeping the surface suitable for finishing.
Can you also take care of the transformation?
Yes. If you prefer to outsource it, we deliver the finished part: cut, bent, punched, machined and with the surface finish resolved.
