Delmàs was founded in 1956 as a family business with a clear vocation: manufacturing precision steel tube in the diameters that the most demanding industrial market needed and where the major companies did not reach — they were too small or too complex for their structure. Over more than six decades, we have refined welding and calibration processes in small diameters where standard tube manufacturing processes give up and where one hundredth of a millimetre determines whether the finished product works or fails.

The PREMIUM range leaves our factory with that bright surface already done — straight to the galvanic finish, no prior polishing, no rejects.
Engineering
PRECISE RangeHydraulic cylinders, industrial gas springs, closure mechanisms, pneumatic actuators. In engineering, the tube bore is the mechanism's working surface — and it has to be perfect. The PRECISE range directly replaces seamless extruded tube with a smooth bright bore that is technically equivalent and at a cost 40–80% lower.
At Delmàs, sustainability is not a section of the annual report. It has been a vocation since 2006 and is the result of concrete operational decisions. Our plant runs entirely on renewable energy and has two photovoltaic generation installations for self-consumption.

All the energy consumed in our manufacturing process comes from renewable sources. It is not carbon-credit offsetting: it is the energy that powers every metre of tube we manufacture.

We have two power generation installations at our plant. On-site generation reduces our dependence on the grid and allows us to provide more direct energy traceability.
