Decorative evolution (PREMIUM and OPTIM ranges)
Steel tubing does not have to be smooth and uniform. We can incorporate decorative elements directly into the manufacturing process — with no additional operations at the customer's plant. Spiral lines, textures, matt finish instead of bright, engraved marks or references on the surface. The decoration is not a subsequent step: it comes integrated from the factory. Available for PREMIUM and OPTIM ranges, where outer surface control is part of the process.

The tubing does not have to be round. From our precision manufacturing process, we can produce square, rectangular or oval cross-section profiles — maintaining the same dimensional control and surface finish that defines each range. The special section is not a catalogue variant: it is manufactured to order according to the customer's design requirements. Available across all three ranges.

Cut to size, controlled-radius bending, punching, end tapering, thread machining. The client sends the drawing with the specifications. Delmàs manufactures, transforms and delivers the finished part, ready to assemble directly — no intermediate operations, no additional suppliers. The result is a simpler supply chain, fewer handling steps and less risk of error or damage to the component.
